- Must be 16 years of age as of 1 January of the current year and not turn 19 before the end of the employment. - Active participation with at least 75% attendance at the squadron in the past year. - Preference will be given to cadets who have completed a 6-week course. - Must be available for the entire employment period. - For CSTCs/Schools, seniority in rank shall be based on skills, experience and performance demonstrated during the pre-camp.
